The 2010 Nationwide Tour event is getting a new name. It’s now called CLARO Panama Championship golf tournament. CLARO Panama is the title sponsor of the Nationwide Tour in Panama City, Panama and is the largest mobile telephone company in Latin America (operating under America Movil). For the seventh consecutive year, the Panama CLARO Championship will be played Monday Feb. 22 to Sunday Feb 28, 2010 at Panama Golf Club. In 2009, Vanice Veazey walked away with the tournament title and the $108,000 prize. Who will be the 2010 Panama CLARO Championship Golf Tournament? We’ll have to wait and see.
