Caribbean Sea

The commonly spotted species of fish found along the Caribbean coast of Panama are Tuna, Tarpon, Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper and Roosterfish. In addition to these common varieties, the coast is also home to rarer species such as Jack Crevalle, African Pampano, and Spanish Markel. These waters are also breeding grounds for various species of Marlin such as Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, and the Striped Marlin.
